This weekend me and a few friends are going on a little mini-roadtrip to Knoxville. A friend of mine from high school recently opened a new restaurant there with her husband called The Plaid Apron.
We're going to go down there and eat at the restaurant and hang out with them. The restaurant was a coffee shop before, but they've really done a lot with it.
I'll post pictures of all the fun touches they've added to it next week :)
