I already mentioned that I have a theme when it comes to my Christmas decor. My Christmas color scheme is mainly brown, red and gold. Since I love brown, I wanted to incorporate it into my Christmas decorations. And I liked the idea of adding red and gold instead of the traditional red and green.
I thought I would show you guys my tree all decorated. Prepare for picture overload. Most of these were taken at night with the lights on. I love the glow!
I got the gold/orange mesh from Christmas Village last year.
Most of my ornaments I bought the day after Christmas in years past and stocked up on the colors I needed.
I really wanted all my wrapping paper to match but I just had to use the paper I had. :/ I still haven't had a chance to make gift tags or make anything to add the packages. Hoping to do that this weekend.
And here are a few pictures in the day time.
I like the colors for now, but really want to move towards a more natural/neutral color scheme in the future. I'm hoping to go out and get some new decorations after Christmas this year when everything is on sale (hopefully there is still some left by then).
