A couple weeks ago, I posted some pictures from a yarn set design I did at work. I was hoping to post the tutorial on how to make the yarn chandeliers last week, but didn't have a chance to work on it. But, I have the tutorial all ready for you guys today!
WOW!! These are to die for, Megan! So pretty!! Your drying rack set up is quite impressive, too! I'd have to use the curtain rod on chairs method you mentioned. This is such a fabulous project. So glad you stopped by my blog the other day! Would be delighted for you to stop by and link this up to my Mop it Up Mondays Party at http://www.ishouldbemoppingthefloor.com/2012/02/mop-it-up-mondays-party-2.html
